
Drew Renelt is a qualified classically trained French chef training in Toronto and Montreal to hone his skills in fine dining and catering. Moving to Blind River in 2013 where he has worked at Pier seventeen and Huron Pines golf course as "The Reservoir". Now the Chef at Laurentian Lodge in Elliot Lake. During the off season I focus on Cooking Lessons and catering done on site in your home.

Enjoy an intimate meal with close friends and or family in your own home with Chef Drew Renelt. You select your event style, Birthday party, Anniversary, Bridal shower or just a girls night out. All menu are designed with your occasion in mind. We will will turn your home into your own private restaurant, making you feel like a guest at your own dinner party while in a relaxing environment. Maximum 8 guests.
All equipment (besides stove, oven and or BBQ) and food are supplied for the event by us. Dishes and beverages are on you. We arrive 2 hours prior to the event to start preparation and we clean your kitchen before we leave.
We follow all required health and safety guidelines to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for you, your guests and our staff.

-Our classes combine safe fun and learning through an interactive approach
-Guests will work together to create a full meal of several courses with multiple steps, under the guidance of Drew - learn and then eat!
-Each course is broken down into key steps and recipes will be supplied so you can recreate the meal at home
-The chef will offer tips and tricks including timing, knife skills etc…based on their personal experiences.
-Wine pairing suggestions (depending on menu) available prior to event
-Selected menu items will be premade due to time restraints
-Pricing for all events depend on size of groups and designed menu
